We Manage all aspects of receiving incident information. Data is converted into format and codes required to submit claims to primary and secondary insurance companies. We work with patients and help them create payment plans that work best for them. We also understand this is an emergency transport that patients are seldom prepared for. All of our staff are caring and willing to help them work through any questions or concerns they might have.

As part of our service, we provide any/all necessary follow up whether by phone or email,  process  the payments on all accounts until they are paid in full or sent to collections and provide all requested records for incidents to attorneys and insurances for litigation or payments.
